Sofia Hedvig Regina Järnefelt, born in Espoo, Finland in 1982.
Graduated as BA in Fashion in December 2008 and currently studying her MA at the University of Art and Design Helsinki. Sofia has in her previous collections worked with the idea of shame and at the same time pride, blame and forgiveness, with anarchy within high class society  as part of the difficult and contradictory relation to ones own roots. Working with both clothing collections as well as accessories and art in different forms is a way of concluding a complete idea about a way of looking at the world and the people in it. Yet, the result always comes out as something commercially adaptable.
